The GALLEY
New this season, The Galley is a vibrant food truck just steps from the family pool, offering a refined take on fast-casual dining. The menu features coastal favorites like lobster rolls, fish sandwiches, smash burgers, and crispy fried chicken, along with a selection of refreshing beverages. Ideal for laid-back lunches or poolside bites, it’s the perfect stop between sun-soaked moments.

ABOUT OUR CHEF
Born and raised in South Africa, Chef Jarad McCarroll fell in love with food from a young age, with a culinary journey that’s taken him from Cape Town to Michelin-starred kitchens worldwide. Now calling Star Island home, Chef McCarroll brings his soulful cooking to Ocean Club Montauk, through an East End lens that celebrates just-caught seafood and East End character.
