With picturesque views of the water & stunning sunsets, the premier indoor-outdoor Waterfront Ballroom is an elegant backdrop for inspired gatherings or group conferences, including an indoor dining room and outdoor terrace that’s stunning at sunset.
Pool Patio
The Pool Patio offers a unique setting for al fresco aperitivo hours, sponsored buyouts, or outdoor activations…all with beautiful sunset & marina views.
POOL CLUB
Open May through September, The Pool Club is an ideal setting for brunch events, evening cocktail hours, or sponsored buyouts—with an outdoor setting overlooking our 232-slip marina and equipped with elevated amenities for a day in the sun.
North Meeting Room
Flooded with abundant natural light, the adaptable North Meeting Room is a flexible space perfect for team meetings, creative workshops, or focused work sessions—equipped with a built-in AV setup and two private restrooms.
LIGHTHOUSE ONE
One of our most popular venues for group meetings, dinner gatherings, cocktail parties, or retail pop-ups, Lighthouse One-located on the second floor-a cozy-is a cozy, lounge-like environment with a built-in library, bar, and sliding doors that open to a private terrace overlooking the pool deck.
LIGHTHOUSE Two
The airy, light-filled Lighthouse Two offers a blank canvas for team meetings, strategy sessions, or working sessions—offering panoramic views of Lake Montauk and built-in AV capabilities.
LIGHTHOUSE FIRE PITS
A beautiful, any-season venue directly in front of the historic lighthouse perfect for casual all-day gatherings or sunset cocktail receptions, including a slate patio outfitted with cozy fire pits, comfortable seating, and beautiful Lake Montauk views.
SUNSET PIER
Overlooking Lake Montauk, the Sunset Pier is the closest location to the Marina docks, offering a front row to stunning waterfront views and surrounded by landscaping and greenery. An ideal, casual environment for sunset cocktails, welcome dinners, corporate luncheons, and outdoor activations.
GREAT LAWN
Overlooking our private marina, our beautiful Great Lawn is designed for gathering al fresco—a lush setting for company picnics, team-building activities, or more al fresco receptions.
NORTH COURTYARD
The firepit-lined North Courtyard offers an outdoor option for smaller and more casual group gatherings & events, with a central location in close proximity to the North building guest rooms, restaurant, and pool area.
COTTAGE LAWN
Located adjacent to The Great Lawn and set amongst our enclave of historic villas, the Cottage Lawn offers a superb, private setting for company picnics, team-building activities, or more refined fêtes.
Private Beach
Open seasonally, our private beach offers a distinctly Montauk experience, with a sandy waterfront that’s an immersive location for hosting evening bonfires, beachside clambakes, casual parties, or group fitness classes.
